Saracen Properties is a privately owned group of companies that was formed in 1993 by leading property developer, Luke Saraceni. The group specialises in property development and investment with over $2B in projects completed since inception.

We continually operate in all sectors of the property market - retail, hospitality, commercial, residential and industrial - and have forged strong, long term relationships with our tenants, customers and partners. It is these relationships that we value the most, as they are the key component that has enabled us to remain active and successful for such a long period and through all stages of the property and economic cycles.

Our approach to selecting projects is based around the fundamental quality of the property and the needs of our tenants and customers. We only develop property we want to own ourselves and on many occasions we keep what we develop for investment over the long term. This ensures we are very selective in our approach and carefully consider all aspects before committing to a project.

With in-house expertise in planning, architecture, construction, finance and leasing our team has the capacity to manage all aspects of the property development process, from beginning to end.
